IQ World is a corporation whose mission is to develop intelligence measurement tests and provide useful information and advice to visitors to our website. The following policy describes how we collect and use information we receive from test takers. This policy applies only to information collected on this website.

How we treat the collected information

IQ World collects basic login and some demographic information from visitors who voluntarily choose to create an account which allows them to log in to our site and access our Tests. Login information includes an email address and a password, while demographic information includes age group and country of residency. IQ World collects performance data from users who take our tests which may include user's scores.

Currently, IQ World does not collect information passively from the visitors at its site. No Electronic Tracking Device is used such as cookies, IP address tracking and the like. URL (query string) and hidden form fields are currently used only for navigation purposes, but not for handling user data. At any time, IQ World may decide to make use of any mentioned tracking technology without requesting users' consent, in any form or expression.

Acting in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), IQ World does not collect or retain any individually identifiable information about children under 14 years old; such as full name, home address, email address, telephone number or any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact the child. IQ World does not develop and direct tests to children under 14 years old.

How we use the Collected Information

Our tests have been developed under the scientific guidance and will allow individuals to compare their scores with others in various aspects of memory, attention, problem solving, spatial reasoning, and other brain functions. The collected data will allow IQ World staff members to compare and analyze any test results relative to the test-taking population. The results may be divided, grouped or analyzed by age group and by any other collected data. IQ World will create custom reports, associating test performance to any of the above mentioned demographic information.

Worldwide IQ Competition

IQ World may also share some information with other parties ONLY if authorized by users. Authorization request will appear to the user after the test has been concluded and their IQ score has been calculated. Even though the user authorizes to make this information public, the user keeps the right his data to be removed by sending an email to: info@iqworldtests.com. Anyway, the only private information shown publicly will be users' full name, city, country and IQ score. Users can always keep their information privately.
