IQ World is a corporation whose mission is to develop intelligence measurement tests and provide useful information and advice to visitors to our web site. The following policy describes how we collect and use information we receive from test takers. This policy applies only to information collected on this Website.

How we treat the collected information

IQ World collects (1) "login information" and (2) "demographic information" from the visitors who voluntarily choose to create an account which allows them to log in to our site and access our IQ10f Test. "Login information" includes an email address and a password. The collected "demographic information" includes gender, race, age, education level, spoken languages, country, state and zip code of residence. IQ World also automatically collects performance data from users who take the "test"; which may include users' scores, levels, and timings.

Currently, IQ World does not collect information passively from the visitors at its site. No Electronic Tracking Device is used such as cookies, IP address tracking and the like. URL (query string) and hidden form fields are currently used only for navigation purposes, but not for handling user data. At any time, IQ World may decide to make use of any mentioned tracking technology without requesting users' consent, in any form or expression.

Acting in accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), IQ World does not collect or retain any individually identifiable information about children under 13 years old; such as full name, home address, email address, telephone number or any other information that would allow someone to identify or contact the child. The IQ World IQ10f Test is not directed to children under 13 years old.

How we use the Collected Information

At the moment, IQ World has developed an online test measuring various cognitive functions supported by the brain. The tests have been developed under the scientific guidance and will allow individuals to compare their scores with others in various aspects of memory, attention, problem solving, spatial reasoning, and other brain functions. The collected data will allow IQ World staff to compare and analyze any test's result relative to the test-taking population. The results may be divided, grouped or analyzed by age group, education level, gender, and by any other collected data. IQ World will create custom reports, associating test performance to any of the above mentioned demographic information.

World Wide IQ Challenge

IQ World may also share some information with other parties ONLY if authorized by users. Authorization request will appear to the user after the test has been concluded and the score has been calculated. Even though the user authorizes to make this information public, the user keeps the right his data to be removed by sending an email to: info@online-iqtest-challenge.com.

The ONLY private information shown publicly will be: full name, town and score, for one calendar year. After that period, the test-taker will receive an email suggesting an exam retake.
